Draft privacy notice
We may process account details, profile preferences, saved properties, watchlists, enquiries, messages, uploaded media, bid participation data, service provider applications, technical logs and location information only when a feature such as Drive alerts or nearby matching is enabled.
Information is used to operate accounts, personalise property discovery, submit enquiries, support auctions, secure the platform, prevent abuse, improve performance and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Information may be shared with agents, auctioneers or service providers when you choose to enquire, bid, upload or apply. Infrastructure providers such as Supabase, Vercel and email delivery services may process data as operators for platform delivery and security.
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also complain to the South African Information Regulator if a privacy concern is not resolved.
